Hot and sour potato shreds
Overview
I particularly like the dish of shredded potatoes, because usually the shredded potatoes I cut are very thin and very even, haha, but for some reason this time, it was a bit of a failure~

Cut the potatoes into shreds, wash off the starch, drain and set aside

Shred the green pepper, slice the green onion, flatten and slice the garlic

Add an aniseed to the oil pan and stir-fry until fragrant, then add onions and ginger

Add shredded potatoes and stir-fry quickly

Add salt and chicken essence to taste

When the potatoes are almost mature, pour in vinegar, add green peppers and stir-fry evenly before serving

Plate it and serve it. The dishes I cook are very simple and I don’t add much seasoning, but they are very flavorful~
