BMW biscuits
Overview
The idea of making this biscuit came from one of my son's hobbies (my son has loved car logos since he was two years old. Maybe boys like cars more! And he can recognize more than two hundred car logos)! Due to my limited skills, I can only slowly draw with toothpicks. Dear dear friends, I am here to show my shame!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Soften butter at room temperature and beat with a whisk
-
Add powdered sugar and mix well with chopsticks
-
Use a whisk to beat well and add the eggs in three batches, beating evenly after each addition
-
Sift in the flour and cocoa powder and mix well with a spatula
-
Then use your hands to form a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes
-
Take it out, cover it with oil paper or plastic wrap and use a rolling pin to roll it into a dough sheet
-
Use a round mold to press out a round shape (I used a glass cup at home to press the round shape) and place it on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper
-
Preheat the oven at 200 for about ten minutes. Place the biscuits on the middle shelf and bake for 20 minutes
-
After taking it out of the oven, lift the parchment paper and transfer to the grill to cool
-
Make icing: add a few drops of lemon juice to an egg white, add icing sugar in three batches and beat with powdered sugar
-
Take a small amount of icing sugar and add a drop of blue coloring and mix well
-
Use a toothpick dipped in icing sugar to write BMW's English code name BMW on the cookie
-
Then draw two fan shapes each with icing sugar and blue icing sugar
-
Paint the other cookies in the same way (if you are skilled enough, you can put the frosting and blue frosting into piping bags respectively)
