Milk tea and sweet potato
Overview
Milk tea and sweet potato can be served as afternoon tea or dessert to supplement nutrition and energy for yourself and your family. The strong aroma of milk, the faint taste of tea, and the glutinous and chewy texture of sweet potatoes will make you want to eat more.

Steps
-
Ingredients: sweet potatoes (steamed), milk, black tea, lotus root starch.
-
Peanuts can be added or not, so I took another picture of the peanuts fried in a pot.
-
After filling the plastic bag, crush it into pieces with a rolling pin and set aside.
-
Put the black tea into a pot of boiling water, turn off the heat after it boils, cover the pot and simmer for a while, then get the juice and set aside. (Clear water is about 150 grams. If you have more, you can drink it as tea)
-
Use a spoon to mash the sweet potato into a puree. Be sure to patiently press it into a puree.
-
Use a spoon to scoop out a spoonful of mashed sweet potato, about 8 grams, roll it into a ball with your hands, add it and roll it in the lotus root starch. For better taste, you can dip it in more lotus root starch.
-
These are rounded sweet potato balls. Put them into a pot of boiling water and cook them for a while. Keep the heat low while cooking.
-
Remove and set aside.
-
Add milk to the bowl.

Add black tea.

Add sweet potato balls.
