Blanch the pork ribs and drain. Add salt, ginger, cooking wine, light soy sauce and vegetable oil and marinate for 30 minutes.

Peel the taro and cut it into pieces, heat the pan with cold oil, fry the taro and add some salt.

Place the taro in the bottom of the bowl, place the ribs on top, and reserve the marinade.

Place in pressure cooker and steam for 30 minutes.

Soft and delicious.
