Stir-fried tofu with oyster sauce and shiitake mushrooms
Overview
Mushrooms, oyster sauce, and tofu are three ingredients that my children like. They eat them to their heart's content. In fact, this dish is quite simple to make. It can satisfy the children's stomach in less than ten minutes. It is quite nutritious and delicious.

Dice the tofu and blanch it in salted boiling water.

Wash the mushrooms and remove the stems.

Dice mushrooms.

Put oil in the pot, add onions and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.
