Prepare dried fragrant shreds, green pepper shreds, and pork shreds (marinated in light soy sauce, cooking wine, and salt for 5 minutes in advance). Cut the dried chilies into sections. Since my baby doesn’t like to eat ginger, it’s hard for her to eat it by mistake if the ginger is cut into large pieces.

Put some salad oil in the pot to extract the oil from the fat.
