Overview

I saw the recipe of Okonomiyaki on Weibo. The chef said that you can put whatever you like into Okonomiyaki. It is very simple. So I added some sausages to the original one, and then performed some free-style operations, haha ~ quick and delicious ~

  1. Wash and peel the yam. (My yam weighs 500g, which is one pound.)
