Lamb shank with spiced sauce
Overview
After cooking this dish, the aroma of meat fills the corridor. The lamb leg is crispy and mellow, delicious and has a long aftertaste. The soup at the end turned into jelly, which my husband loved to eat the most. He looked like a glutton at first glance!
