Fried dumplings

Overview

During my weekend breaks, I like to make some dumplings and other food and freeze them in the refrigerator. It is very convenient to take them as needed for breakfast.

Steps

  1. Brush the pan with a small amount of cooking oil.

  2. Remove the dumplings from the freezer and place directly in the pan.

  3. Fry over medium-low heat for two minutes and then add half a bowl of water.

  4. Cover and cook over high heat until water dries up.

  5. If you like it a little firmer, you can flip it over and fry it again.

  6. Remove some sesame seeds (you can also remove minced green onions) before serving.

  7. Just load it into a plate.
