Sweet chocolate macarons
Overview
I heard that if you haven’t made macarons, you haven’t tried baking. So, for the first time, I searched the Internet for many recipes. There are various methods, including beating egg whites or not. It seems to be not as difficult as imagined. However, during the process of making it, I discovered that this dessert is really delicate. If you make one mistake, your work will be in vain. But as long as the operation is in place, it is still very easy. And you see, a novice like me can make it successfully in one go. For those of you who are intimidated by macarons, hurry up and give it a try.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Sift almond flour and powdered sugar
-
Add sifted cocoa powder
-
Add egg white 1 and mix well
-
Add egg white 2 to powdered sugar 2 in three batches and beat until dry peaks form
-
Boil sugar water, add white sugar to the water and cook until 118 degrees,
-
If you don’t have a thermometer, refer to the constant bubbling after boiling
-
Turn the whipped egg whites on high speed, pour in the cooked syrup and beat at high speed
-
Beat the egg whites until they are light and smooth
-
Add one-third of the egg whites into the batter, stir evenly from bottom to top, then add another third, and so on
-
Just wait until the batter can fall like a ribbon. The texture will not disappear quickly after falling. If it disappears too quickly, the batter is too thin
-
Put it into a piping bag and squeeze it onto the macaron mat. The batter will slowly push aside
-
Let the skin dry until it becomes soft, about 30 minutes. It will not stick to your hands and the skin will form a protective film. This is enough. At the same time, preheat the oven and bake at 140 degrees for 13 minutes
-
Add a little whipping cream to the chocolate and heat over water until melted
-
Take two round pieces of the same size, squeeze chocolate sauce on the bottom of one piece, and then cover the other piece.
