Homemade braised tofu
Overview
I have been really obsessed with tofu for a while, especially after I went to the north and found that northerners really love to eat soy products to a certain extent. I really like the old-fashioned tofu from the north, which is very hard and solid. In Sichuan, the most popular soybean product we eat is tofu curd, not tofu curd. Those who have been to Sichuan should know, hehe, the tofu here is basically the hard plate of tofu curd, which is tofu cooked with a special kind of water. I forgot what it is called, it seems to be Gao Shui, in the dialect. . Anyway, the taste is a little different from the ones in the north, so today I made the most homemade braised tofu in Sichuan.
