I haven’t used up the bag of meat floss I bought last time, so I used it to make this meat floss roll today. I found that it is very convenient to make this shape. You can just roll it into a long strip and cut it into small sections. You don’t have to shape each one!

  1. Mix all the ingredients in the main ingredients and knead until the dough becomes chewy and reaches the expansion stage. Then wrap it up and cover with plastic wrap to ferment

  3. Take out the dough and knead it evenly to remove the air, then let the dough rest for 10 minutes, then roll the dough into a square thin crust
