Prepare preserved eggs

Cut the preserved egg in the middle, leaving the yolk on one side as much as possible

Cut the yolk half from the middle

Cut the remaining half into 4 parts

Place it as shown in the picture

Cut the remaining two into 4 pieces and arrange them

Mix light soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic and minced coriander

Pour the prepared sauce on top
