(The fish body was used to make grilled fish, so the fish head was only this short. For the grilled fish recipe, you can refer to my recipe "Spicy Grilled Fish")

Clean the fish head and split it in the middle

Add salt, cooking wine, pepper, light soy sauce, and minced ginger and marinate for 15 minutes

Chopped pickled cabbage

Green and red peppers cut into small pieces

Place three green onion sections on the bottom of the plate, then place the fish head on top

Put a little oil in the pot, when the oil is hot, add the green and red pepper rings and stir-fry the sauerkraut for a while

Spread the fried sauerkraut evenly on the fish head, steam in cold water for 8 minutes

When the time is up, turn off the heat and simmer for 2 minutes before taking out the pot. Take a small bowl and pour out the soup in the plate

Add a little starch in the bowl and stir to form a starch soup (if the fish is too salty, you can add an appropriate amount of salt to supplement the flavor at this time)
