Overview
On the 11th trip to my hometown, I tasted the sesame sauce my sister-in-law brought from Beijing. I couldn’t forget the taste after I returned home. I finally couldn’t help but make it myself. The aroma of the sesame sauce, the sweetness of the brown sugar, and the crispiness of the crust all tasted really good. It leaves a mouthful of aroma after eating one. It is indeed a famous snack in old Beijing
