When I was a child, I lived at my grandma's house, and my grandma often made this dish for me.

Sauté onion, ginger, garlic and star anise until fragrant.

Add the previously blanched pork ribs to the pan and stir-fry for five minutes. Add appropriate amount of water.

After stewing the ribs for 20 minutes, add the beans that have been blanched in water. Add seasoning. Simmer for 20 minutes.

Add a small amount of chopped green onion before serving.
