Eggplant slices with skin (5mm thick)

Slice the pork belly and marinate with light soy sauce

Pour appropriate amount of oil into the pot and sautƩ the onions

Pour in the pork belly and stir-fry until cooked through

Add the eggplant and stir-fry

Sprinkle in salt and stir-fry evenly

Pour in half a bowl of water and simmer over medium heat
