Homemade air-dried beef jerky
Overview
Air-dried beef jerky is a bit expensive to be honest. My husband loves to eat it, so he always buys it because it’s expensive because he’s afraid it’s unhygienic! I went to the supermarket and bought three kilograms of beef and cooked it myself. It tasted great!

Wash the beef and set aside

Cut into finger-sized pieces and set aside

Prepare the seasoning

Put in the seasonings, wear disposable gloves to mix well, and put it in the refrigerator for two days and two nights

Then place it on oil paper to air-dry. When you want to eat it, steam it in a steamer for 35 minutes
