Soak the peach gum and snow lotus seeds in clean water overnight.

Soak the white fungus in clean water overnight.

Drain the soaked peach gum and white fungus and remove impurities.

Remove the roots of the white fungus and tear it into small florets.

Pour peach gum, white fungus and snow lotus seeds into the electric stew pot.

Add appropriate amount of water and simmer.

When the peach gum and white fungus are cooked until soft and sticky, add an appropriate amount of yellow sugar. Once the sugar melts, it is ready to eat.
