First cut the tofu into pieces, then soak the tofu in salt water

When soaking tofu, you can make your own Sichuan pepper powder. Use a dry pot, add Sichuan peppercorns, stir-fry the Sichuan peppercorns until they change color, put them in a bag and crush them with a wine bottle, and set aside

Put a little oil in the pot, add minced pork belly and stir-fry (if you like meat, you can add more)

Stir-fry the meat until it turns white, add a little cooking wine and bean paste and stir-fry until it changes color

First add water, pour in the tofu, let it cook for a while, then add an appropriate amount of water starch and a little salt

After cooking, add homemade Sichuan pepper powder, sprinkle a little more pepper, and add some chopped green onion for decoration. This Mapo Tofu is complete
