Cut the main ingredients into small pieces and cut the meat part into small pieces and part into strips

Separately dice the egg white and egg yolk

Marinate the diced meat with shredded ginger, salt and cooking wine for ten minutes

Add meat strips to soy sauce (light soy sauce and dark soy sauce 2:1) and cook for ten minutes
