Spicy Shrimp
Overview
It’s a decent dish for entertaining guests, and it’s not too complicated to make. PS: (The frying process was quite serious in the middle, so I forgot to take pictures. Hehe, so I replaced it with a lot of text, so let’s just make do with it. You’ve worked hard for someone like me who doesn’t like typing very much!)

Wash the shrimps and remove the shrimp threads

Cut lotus root into strips and set aside

Add appropriate amount of starch and mix well and set aside

Deep fried until golden brown

Remove and drain the oil and set aside

Add an appropriate amount of cooking oil and stir-fry the seasonings until fragrant. Add the washed prawns and stir-fry together. When the shrimps turn red, add an appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce and cooking wine and continue to stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add the fried lotus root strips and stir-fry together. Add an appropriate amount of water or beer and simmer for 3 minutes. Add an appropriate amount of pepper, chicken essence, white sugar, sweet and sour sauce, and serve!
