First clean the small squid with paste.

Boil a pot of water, put the squid with paste into the pot and stir-fry until cooked. When the squid changes color in the pot, take it out and drain it. Set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add minced ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add the blanched squid and fry for a few times.

Pour in appropriate amount of cooking wine to taste.

Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce for seasoning.

Add appropriate amount of water and simmer for a while.
