Sausage Bread
Overview
Sausages and bread can be made in many ways, but I have always wanted to learn how to make them but never tried. Now that I'm learning it, it doesn't look very good, but it's fine if some kids like it. According to the bread machine usage procedure, first add milk, egg liquid, sugar and salt diagonally.

Then add high flour and low flour, and put yeast powder into the small hole in the middle of the flour.

Knead the dough for one cycle (13 minutes) and add butter.

Knead for two more steps until the dough becomes round and put it into a bowl.

Put it in the oven to rise until it doubles in size and does not shrink back when you pierce it with your finger.

Divide the dough into 5 portions, roll into a round shape and cover with plastic wrap to rest for 10 minutes.

Take a small piece of dough and roll it out and put the sausage on it.

Wrap and pinch the edges.

Cut the sausages off, leaving the closed edges uncut.

As shown in the picture, flip and stagger left and right.

Place on baking sheet and ferment for about 45 minutes.

Rinse the fermented bread dough with a little egg liquid.

Bake at 180 degrees for about 13 minutes. You can also bake it at 170 degrees for 10 minutes, rinse it with a little butter, then turn it to 180 degrees and bake it for 8 minutes for a more beautiful color.
