Minced Pork Tofu
Overview
Minced meat tofu, minced meat is salty and fragrant, and the tofu is soft and tender. After stewing, the tofu absorbs the fragrance of the minced meat, making it smooth, tender and salty in the mouth.

Ingredients: tofu, pork belly stuffing, green onions, ginger, garlic, starch (I forgot to take a picture of the starch).

Cut the tofu into cubes.

Blanch it over high heat.

Remove and set aside on a plate.

Chop the ginger, chop the green onions, and mince the garlic.

Turn on the heat and pour oil into the pot.

Pour the minced meat into the pot and stir-fry over low heat.

When the minced meat changes color, add light soy sauce and cooking wine and stir-fry evenly.

Add chopped green onion, minced ginger and minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Pour in appropriate amount of water.

Add the tofu, push it slowly with a spatula, and spread it evenly in the pot.

Add salt and pepper powder and simmer for 5 or 6 minutes,

Add appropriate amount of water to the starch to make water starch.

When the soup in the pot becomes less, pour in the water starch and gently stir the minced meat and tofu evenly. Turn off the heat.

Plate, sprinkle with coriander, garnish with crushed red pepper and serve.
