Overview
Oatmeal biscuits should be considered a relatively healthy biscuit. They are whole grains but never oily. But by doing it yourself at home, you can ensure safety and hygiene as much as possible in the selection of ingredients. Mix oats, low-gluten flour, coconut milk, and fine sugar evenly.

Add honey to the corn oil and stir, no need to mix evenly.

Dissolve the baking powder with hot water and pour it into the corn oil.

Pour the mixed oil into the oat mixture and mix well.

Place oily cloth on a baking sheet, take about 10 grams of mixed oats, roll it into a ball and flatten it to a thickness of about 4 mm. Other shapes are also possible. The gaps between each cookie should be slightly larger.

Preheat the oven to 165 degrees. Middle layer, upper and lower fire. The upper heat is 150 degrees and the lower heat is 120 degrees, about 15 minutes. (The oven temperature should be adjusted according to your own oven)
