【Walnut Cranberry Soft European Bread】——Happy Handmade Country Bread
Overview
Time is always not enough in life, so when making bread, we usually bake two of these rattan basket breads or toasts at a time. Most of the time, one is given to the little girl's classmate. Ever since the little girl went to preschool, the other three mothers have taken turns to pick her up every day, so there are no complaints day after day. I feel really sorry. I don't have any skills, so I will share my own handmade bread with them~ This country bread is baked even without using stone slabs because water is sprayed in the high-temperature oven. Therefore, when baked, it is still crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. With the nutty aroma of walnuts and the natural sweetness of cranberries, everything is just right. When the baked bread is knocked and banged, the special sound when slicing it with a serrated knife is also very exciting. Pair it with fruits, vegetables, cheese, eggs and drinks to make a hearty family breakfast :)
