  1. Wash the cabbage, cut in half, and slice the garlic.

  2. Boil hot water in a wok, add a spoonful of sugar, blanch the cabbage for 1 minute and remove.

  3. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the garlic slices until fragrant, add the blanched cabbage and stir-fry evenly.

  4. Pour in carrots, two tablespoons of oyster sauce and a little water, mix thoroughly, stir-fry together, reduce the juice over high heat, add some salt to taste and serve.
