Use scissors to cut a package of vermicelli into short pieces and soak it in boiling water for about 2 minutes.

Shrimp open side

Remove the shrimp lines (shrimp belly) after cutting the sides

After cutting the sides of the shrimps, place them on top of the vermicelli

Chop garlic

Chop the minced garlic and cover it with the shrimps, leaving some minced garlic to wait for the garlic oil

When the steamer is filled with water, put it into the steamer

Just put it in and steam it for 6 minutes

After steaming, pour some soy sauce evenly over the shrimps, then fry the remaining minced garlic into garlic oil, and pour the hot garlic oil on top of the shrimps.
