Wash and cut the tenderloin into thin strips, add a little salt and cooking wine, mix well, and marinate for about 15 minutes.

Tomato paste, mature vinegar, sugar, a little cornstarch, add appropriate amount of water and stir evenly to form a sauce.

Pour oil into the pot and heat it to 60% heat. While the oil is burning, add corn starch to the tenderloin and mix evenly until the strips are evenly coated with starch and dispersed.

Put it into the oil pan and fry over medium heat until the meat strips turn yellow, remove and set aside.

Increase the oil temperature to 90% hot, quickly pour in the meat strips and fry over high heat for about 15 seconds, remove and control the oil.

Add cooked white sesame seeds and stir-fry quickly until the tenderloin strips are completely coated with the sauce.
