Stir-fried leek and razor clams
Overview
The most troublesome thing about making razor clams in shells is that the edges of the meat are always dirty and the taste is very bad. Every time I eat it, there are broken shells on the edges of the meat. This time, I removed all the shells and stir-fried them, making it very easy to enjoy. A plate of stir-fried seafood with spring leeks is very delicious in spring. The strong fragrance of leeks and the tender razor clam meat are really delicious.
