Frosted Christmas Cookies
Overview
This year for Christmas, I made my son’s favorite cookies. Because I've been too busy lately, I haven't had time to upload. Frosted biscuits are relatively sweet, so you can put as little sugar as possible in the original biscuits.

Steps
-
Melt butter at room temperature, add powdered sugar, and beat with an electric mixer until feathery.
-
Sift in cake flour.
-
Form the flour into a ball and refrigerate for half an hour.
-
Roll out the dough thinly, cut out shapes with a mold, and place on a baking sheet. The oven is set to 180 degrees and it will be ready in 10 minutes.
-
After the cookies come out of the oven, let them cool and then paint patterns on them with icing sugar.
-
How to make frosting: Add a little white vinegar to 20 grams of egg whites, then add 120 grams of powdered sugar, and whip until it becomes frosty.
-
When the icing on the surface of the cookies is dry, you can bag them and give them away!
