No need to go out to eat grilled lamb chops anymore. It takes ten minutes to marinate the lamb chops and refrigerate them to keep them fresh. You can take them out the next day and bake them deliciously. 😋😋😋

Prepare the ingredients. Sprinkle the salt and MSG evenly on the lamb chops and rub them evenly with your hands👋

Put the lamb chops and onions into a plastic bag and refrigerate on a plastic layer overnight before cooking the next day

Line a baking sheet with kitchen paper and place a few barbecue skewers (in order to heat evenly). Place the lamb chops, brush with a layer of oil and sprinkle with cumin

Preheat the middle rack of the oven and bake at 180° for 30 minutes. Flip and sprinkle with cumin and bake for 10 minutes. Total 40 minutes

The finished product picture is super delicious. I baked three spicy sticks and two non-spicy sticks for the kids to eat. I put the baking paper on the baking sheet and threw away the baking paper after eating. Isn’t it convenient to just save the washing process👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
