  7. Divide the dough into 2 parts according to 6:4. Mix 12 grams of cocoa powder with water, add to a small portion of dough and knead evenly. Place both portions of dough into the bread machine and let rise until doubled in size. After the fermentation is completed, take out the dough to deflate, divide each of the two pieces of dough into 3 parts, roll them into balls and place them on the chopping board to rest for 15 minutes.
