Steps

  1. Add star anise, salt and edamame to the pot, bring to a boil over high heat and then reduce to low heat for 10 minutes.

  2. Remove and drain, minus two ends.

  3. Put the edamame into a container, pour in the marinade, and marinate for 2 to 3 hours before eating.
