Assorted Egg Fried Rice
Overview
The rice must be cold, not freshly cooked, or too soft, otherwise it will become sticky when fried. The carotene contained in carrots is fat-soluble, not easily soluble in water but easily soluble in oil, so the carrots are the first to be fried, which is more conducive to the dissolution of the carotene! Tomatoes and cucumbers can be eaten raw, so just put them in at the end without losing their flavor

-Take the leftover rice out of the refrigerator and see what vegetables are in the refrigerator. They can usually be paired with them
