Roasted Zucchini with Feta Cheese
Overview
I recently watched a documentary that introduced the production and processing of French sheep cheese. After reading this, I really want to try cooking with goat cheese. It's spring now, when feta cheese tastes its best, so I bought imported feta cheese and tried to make this simple, delicious, and healthy baked zucchini with feta cheese. It’s really wonderful to eat the zucchini and cheese as they are without any more condiments!
