Enjoy the delicious taste of spring in winter----Shepherd's Purse Tofu Meatballs
Overview
I didn’t expect shepherd’s purse to be sold today. I’m used to eating shepherd’s purse in spring. In winter, should I eat shepherd’s purse one season earlier or two seasons later? I don’t care, just enjoy it. Shepherd's purse can only bring out its unique flavor when paired with tofu. If you want to make a dish as soon as possible, it is vegetarian meatballs. Make more of them and eat them fried or stewed.
