Prepare a medium bowl and break in two eggs (for two people)

Beat the eggs and add a spoonful of sugar and mix

Add 3 tablespoons of wheat flour and stir until completely combined and no lumps

Pour in the milk again, stir until it becomes a thin liquid, and add a little black sesame seeds (I didn’t add them if I couldn’t find them when I was making it)

Pour a little oil into the pan and heat it to 70% heat. Pour in half of the egg liquid and slowly rotate the pan to spread the egg liquid evenly on the bottom of the pan

Keep the fire on medium-low, and when one side is cooked, turn over and fry the other side
