Prepare ingredients: fresh noodles, tomatoes, eggs, green onions, lard, soy sauce, salt, sugar

Boil the eggs in a pot with cold water. After the water boils, cut the tomatoes into cross-cuts and add them to the boiling water for one minute

Peel the tomatoes, cut into cubes, and grind in a blender (you can also call it a day and chop)

Add lard to the pot and bring to a boil, turn to low heat, add scallions and minced green onions, pour in tomato juice, bring to a boil and turn to low heat to collect the juice. Cook noodles in another pot. Pour a little lard and soy sauce on the cooked noodles, stir well, then pour in tomato juice, and serve!
