Chou Chou Pumpkin Buns
Overview
Why are they called Chou Chou Pumpkin Buns? Because my buns are so ugly. Although I am a little bit fancy here, this is my first steamed bun and it is worth remembering. I have been making pumpkin stuff for the past two days, and steamed buns are something I have never dared to challenge. I am a novice cook and I can’t afford to hurt myself. I tried making them this morning, but I didn’t get the quantity right. There was too much flour, so the skin of the steamed buns became thicker. I originally wanted to make a big stuffing because I couldn't wrap it well, but it was so sad and miserable. Then I thought, just eat it as a big steamed bun. Hehe, I'm just trying to comfort myself. But it tastes really good. It's much better than eating the steamed bun alone. It's fragrant, sweet, and soft.
