Pour the sushi rice into the pot and wash it clean. Add water to cover the rice and cook.

Fluff the cooked rice and add some salt, sugar, sushi vinegar, mustard, and pork floss.

Mix well and set aside.

Cut the ingredients for sushi into strips.

Nori is placed on the sushi mat.

Place the seasoned mixture on the seaweed and spread it evenly.

Put the sausage, cucumber, dried radish, tomatoes and crab meat in the middle of the rice.

Roll up the ingredients on a sushi mat.

Squeeze the salad dressing and ketchup onto the surface of the sushi.
