Lazy version of pork floss
Overview
The first time I made my own pork floss, I didn’t expect it to work! It tastes great 👍. Hurry up and write the recipe so it will be easier to cook later~

Wash the pork, cook it in the pot for 20 minutes, take it out and let it cool slightly.

Use a knife to cut into thin slices along the grain of the meat as shown

Use kitchen scissors to cut along the grain and put it into the bread pan together with the above ingredients and mix well. Making fancy jam keys (80 minutes).

This is what it looks like after 50 minutes. After it’s done, turn it to the stir-fry button (30 minutes). Once it’s done, it’s OK~

Let cool, transfer to a crisper, seal and store in a dry place, and eat as soon as possible.
