Braised King Oyster Mushroom in Sauce

Cut fresh king oyster mushrooms in half and then into cubes. Bring water to a boil and add salt. After the water boils, add the cooking wine and pour it in. Boil the diced king oyster mushrooms for two minutes, drain and set aside.

Cut green onions into sections and slice ginger

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and scallions and sauté until fragrant

Pour in the king oyster mushrooms and stir-fry evenly, then pour in the cooking wine and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add in soybean paste and stir-fry.

Add water, salt, light soy sauce, stir-fry evenly and season.

Reduce the juice over high heat, pour in water starch and stir-fry quickly

Remove from the pan and sprinkle with chopped green onion. The fragrant king oyster mushrooms are ready. This juice goes really well with rice
