Fried Seafood Meatballs with Sea Cauliflower
Overview
I made my own seafood-flavored meatballs. No starch was added, and they tasted soft and tender without losing elasticity. If you make a lot at one time, use it to fry with purple cauliflower. The nutritional value of cruciferous cauliflower is quite high, and the purple ones are rich in nutrients such as anthocyanins, which have good anti-aging effects, haha.
