【Guangdong】Honey Barbecued Pork Tofu
Overview
Barbecued pork is a specialty meat product in Guangdong. It is mostly red in color, made of lean meat, and slightly sweet. The marinated lean pork is hung on a special fork and grilled in the oven. Other dishes made with barbecued pork include: barbecued pork rice, barbecued pork buns, barbecued pork cakes, etc. Honey-glazed barbecued pork is a traditional dish. The meat is salty on the inside and sweet on the outside, with a slight honey taste. The lean meat is burnt and the fat meat is sweet. Today I will use barbecued pork to make a dish of honey-glazed barbecued pork tofu, which is equally delicious. Those who don’t like meat, come and try it now.
