Minions Sausage Cake Roll

Minions Sausage Cake Roll

Overview

A few days ago, I went to see Super Dad with my kids. We passed by a cake shop and happened to see a Minion cake. I originally wanted to buy a box to make her happy. Although I knew there would be a lot of additives in it, I was shocked when I saw the ingredients. There were more than ten kinds of additives in one cake, but the child refused to leave. Although the family usually told her not to eat cakes with too many additives, but faced with the dazzling array of cute cakes, the child couldn't help but be unable to resist all kinds of temptations. In the end, he had no choice but to agree to her suggestion of making the cake at home. This minion cake is actually not difficult to make at home with your children, but don’t bake it for too long, otherwise the cake will be too dry and easy to roll and crack. The filling inside can be adjusted at will. Cream, peanut butter, banana butter, and sausage are all acceptable, but ham is not recommended. Many mothers are very particular about making creative breakfasts for their babies, but the materials used are ham sausages from supermarkets. Although it looks good, it is also very unhealthy. If you have time, I suggest that all mothers try to make ham or sausage by themselves. I usually make it myself, and occasionally shop online, but I also choose merchants with fewer materials and additives. This Jenny's original sausage is one of my favorite brands that I use in so many sausage shops. It has a light taste and no preservatives. My baby also likes this Jenny's original sausage very much as a filling. There is a basis for saying that it has no preservatives. I bought a large box of this sausage a few days ago. I didn’t put it in the freezer. I just put it in the zero-degree refrigerator and forgot to eat it. After taking it out for ten days, there was actually long mold growing on all of it. The other one I bought from another store was fine at all. My family said that you would buy sausages that are so easy to grow mold. I told my boss Mom said, this is why I buy it with confidence. This proves that this sausage has no preservatives and contains little salt. Generally, the sausages sold in the market either have extremely high salt content and are not easy to spoil, or add too many preservatives to extend its shelf life. If you choose to store it in the refrigerator, do you still dare to eat something that will not spoil even if it is refrigerated? Do you dare to feed your child some foods that are high in salt, sugar and MSG? So no matter what materials we choose, including snacks, cakes, and semi-finished products on the table, we have to be more considerate. Having said so much, here is the key to making Minion Cake

  6. (The oven must be preheated in advance.) Place a baking sheet with greaseproof paper or oilcloth. Slowly pour the egg yolk paste from a height of 20cm from top to bottom, and pour it into the baking sheet. The process of pouring from a high height will help burst the bubbles on the surface. Then tap the baking sheet gently to release air bubbles.

  7. Depending on your oven temperature, it is usually 165 degrees for 12-15 minutes. You can take it out by gently pressing the cake skin without sticking. Different brands of ovens have different temperature differences, so you need to know the temperature of your own oven first. After the time is up, take out the baking pan and shake out the heat, place clean oil paper on top, invert the cake body, tear off the oil paper on the back while it is lukewarm, and the cake will be perfectly demolded.
