The fried chayote was delicious, so I made pancakes with the remaining one for breakfast today!

Grate the chayote into thin strips

Add a little salt and marinate for a while to drain the water. After squeezing out the water, my chayote shreds are about 140 grams

Add appropriate amount of medium flour

Add 2 eggs, salt, salt and pepper powder, white pepper powder, chicken powder

Add appropriate amount of water and mix well

Heat a little oil in a small pan
