Casserole with mixed vegetables
Overview
Cooking mixed vegetables is not only easy and delicious, but also can harmonize everyone's taste. When you cook all kinds of vegetables together, there are always one or two things you like to eat. This season is the season when sweet bamboo shoots are on the market. Of course, cooking mixed vegetables cannot be without it. There are also potatoes and tender pumpkins that my son likes to eat, and a little canned ham luncheon meat. The soup is refreshing and mellow, mixed with the sweetness and deliciousness of sweet bamboo shoots.
