Secret Krill Scrambled Eggs
Overview
Krill is a good calcium supplement. Today I used it to make scrambled eggs. I used the secret pepper fried rice sauce I bought as a seasoning. It unexpectedly tasted amazing!

Prepare ingredients.

Thaw krill, wash and dry.

Crack eggs into the basin.

Add salt and mushroom extract.

Chop the peppers and add to the egg mixture.

Pour cooking oil into the pot and heat it up.

Add krill and stir-fry until the water evaporates and becomes burnt.

Let the fried krill cool and pour into the egg mixture.

Pour cooking oil back into the wok, heat it up and pour in the mixed egg liquid. Don't rush to stir-fry, gently turn the frying spoon to let the egg liquid solidify a little before stir-frying, so that the egg liquid cannot wrap the krill.

Stir-fry until formed and then add the secret sauce.

The finished product is out of the pot.

This dish has a complex flavor, with the burnt aroma of krill, the refreshing aroma of pepper, and the spiciness of black pepper sauce. These flavors are mixed together and go well with rice.
